What we stand on
- Private by default. The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter never leave your device — a guarantee checked in the build, not just promised. (The contact form is the one place you deliberately send us something.)
- Independent of the money. The code that computes a recommendation cannot see the advertising or affiliate configuration, and an automated test keeps it that way, so no payer can move the answer. See how we're funded.
- Backed by primary sources. Where the tools state a figure — a tax threshold, a lending convention — it is quoted from the primary source and kept in one place, not repeated from memory.
- A model, not advice. Every result is a scenario projection from the assumptions you enter — information only, not financial, legal, or tax advice, and not a forecast or guarantee.
